Job Overview

 

We are looking for a highly experienced Backend .NET Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in .NET 8+ and modern backend architecture, with proven experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.

This role requires strong architectural thinking, deep understanding of backend design principles, and the ability to lead technical initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET 8+
• Architect and build scalable microservices-based systems
• Develop high-performance RESTful APIs and distributed systems
• Implement secure authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect)
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability
• Lead backend design discussions and enforce coding standards
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

 

Required Technical Skills

Core .NET Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in .NET 8+ and ASP.NET Core
• Deep understanding of C# (latest versions)
• Experience with Minimal APIs and Web APIs
• Strong knowledge of dependency injection, middleware, filters
• Experience with Entity Framework Core (EF Core)
• LINQ, async/await, multithreading, and parallel programming

Architecture & Design

• Microservices architecture
• Clean Architecture / Onion Architecture
• SOLID principles and design patterns
• Event-driven architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ preferred)
• API versioning and documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI)

Database

• SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL
• Stored procedures, indexing, query optimization
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred)

Security

• Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth2, IdentityServer)
• Role-based and claims-based access control
• Secure coding practices and data protection

 

Soft Skills & Leadership

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading backend modules or technical initiatives
• Ability to mentor and guide team members
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ownership and accountability mindset

 

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
