Senior Field Marketing Manager

Canada (Remote)

Orium is seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Field Marketing Manager to lead the execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role is pivotal in driving full-funnel marketing efforts that align with our go-to-market strategy, generating qualified leads, and accelerating pipeline growth to meet our business objectives.

The Senior Field Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Demand Marketing and is responsible for ideating, facilitating, and the successful execution of campaigns that drive demand generation, support Business Development and Sales goals, and solidify our brand positioning as the leading composable commerce consultancy and systems integrator in the Americas.

The successful candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, have an experimental mindset, and be able to lead field marketing initiatives from concept to post-event actions, coordinating and collaborating closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should also have experience with partner marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Event Management: Identify key initiatives, organize events and conference participation, from planning to post-event analysis​, focusing on new prospects, lead generation, and driving revenue,
  • Reinforce Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with partners to create innovative go-to-market approaches, working closely on the execution of events and post-activity actions to generate pipeline opportunities.
  • Coordinate Integrated Campaigns: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to run multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, social, email, etc.) that support event and account based marketing efforts.
  • Lead-to-Revenue Process: Regularly collaborate with business development and sales teams to manage event goal alignment, lead qualification, follow-up, and optimize the lead funnel.
  • Event Success and Optimization: Define goals, monitor performance, plan post-event actions to generate pipeline opportunities, and make recommendations based analysis.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide detailed reporting on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI
  • Manage Event Budgets: Oversee event budgets, ensuring events are cost-effective and meet ROI targets.
  • Market Analysis: Research and communicate market trends and audience insights to inform strategy.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-7 years marketing experience, with 3 years minimum of B2B field marketing experience in the B2B professional services industry
  • Proficient in marketing automation (HubSpot) and sales automation/CRM (Salesforce) reporting and campaign tools
  • Proven ability to lead, execute, and evolve marketing programs based on performance data and feedback from multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail while focusing on the big-picture, go-to-market strategy
  • Proven track record and hands-on experience managing and prioritizing initiatives, campaigns, and deliverables simultaneously across multiple channels, with a focus on driving Sales goals
  • Professional working fluency in Spanish is a bonus. However, is not required

  • The Canada On Target Earnings range for this role is $95,000 - $125,000 CAD. This range is dependent on your experience and is made up of both base pay and variable pay. This pay range is not inclusive of any benefits or equity that might exist in your total compensation package.

Your work will be measured across a number of data points (peer, leader & project team feedback) and will also be measured on the basis of client and user satisfaction.
