Demand Generation Manager

Remote

About Osano

Osano is an innovative B-Corporation built around a simple belief: privacy is a fundamental right. Since day one, we’ve been focused on giving modern enterprises the ability to innovate quickly, stay competitive, and earn customer trust by respecting data privacy and complying with consent guidelines. Our products help organizations operate confidently in a rapidly evolving regulatory and technological landscape.

About the Role

Osano is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help build and execute programs that create awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and ultimately drive revenue growth.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who enjoys both the strategic and executional sides of demand generation. You'll own campaigns from idea through execution and measurement, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to reach the right audiences with the right message at the right time.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable digging into performance data, experimenting with new approaches, and continuously improving how we generate and convert demand. You'll have meaningful ownership over your programs without direct people-management responsibilities.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns and programs end to end to drive qualified pipeline against Osano's revenue goals.
  • Build multi-channel programs across email, paid media, content syndication, sponsorships, webinars and events, content, organic channels, and account-based marketing.
  • Own Osano's in-house paid media program across core and emerging channels like Google/Bing search, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and ChatGPT
  • Partner closely with Sales to ensure campaigns align with target accounts, pipeline priorities, and the needs of the go-to-market organization.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content to develop compelling campaign messaging, offers, and assets for key audiences and stages of the buyer journey.
  • Work with Revenue Operations to ensure campaigns, lead flows, attribution, and reporting are set up accurately within our marketing and CRM systems.
  • Monitor campaign performance and pipeline contribution, using data to identify what's working, what isn't, and where we should invest next.
  • Analyze funnel performance across lead generation, conversion, pipeline creation, and revenue to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop audience segments and targeted programs based on industry, persona, account characteristics, intent, and buyer behavior.
  • Test and optimize messaging, channels, creative, audiences, and conversion paths to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Help develop and refine Osano's account-based marketing strategy and execute programs targeting high-value accounts.
  • Manage campaign budgets and make recommendations on how to allocate spend based on performance and business priorities.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to maintain strong campaign tracking, reporting, and attribution.
  • Stay current on demand generation trends, channels, and tools, bringing new ideas and experiments to the team.
  • Share campaign insights and results with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders, translating performance data into clear recommendations and next steps.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, integrated marketing, or a related B2B marketing role, preferably within SaaS or technology.
  • Demonstrated experience building and executing integrated campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how marketing programs influence prospects from initial awareness through opportunity creation.
  • Experience working across multiple demand generation channels, including email, paid media, content, webinars/events, and ABM.
  • Hands-on experience running paid search and LinkedIn campaigns in the platforms yourself, not through an agency, with a track record of scaling spend efficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and funnel data and turn insights into action.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with campaign attribution, funnel metrics, lead management, and pipeline reporting.
  • Comfortable owning projects independently and moving between strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities at once.
  • Collaborative mindset and experience partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Content.
  • Curious and experimental approach—you enjoy testing ideas, learning from the results, and continuously improving performance.
  • Clear communicator who can explain both campaign strategy and performance to stakeholders across the organization.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success isn't measured simply by the number of campaigns launched or leads generated. You'll help Osano build a demand generation engine that consistently reaches the right audiences and translates marketing investment into meaningful business results.

You'll be successful when you're:

  • Generating qualified pipeline that supports company revenue goals.
  • Improving conversion throughout the marketing and sales funnel.
  • Building repeatable, scalable campaigns rather than relying on one-off tactics.
  • Giving the team clear visibility into campaign and channel performance.
  • Using data and experimentation to continually improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Building strong alignment between Marketing and Sales around audiences, campaigns, and pipeline.

Who You Are

You're equal parts marketer, operator, and problem solver. You can zoom out to think about campaign strategy and the buyer journey, then zoom in to build, launch, analyze, and optimize the program yourself.

You're comfortable with numbers but don't lose sight of the people behind them. You understand that great demand generation isn't just about producing more leads—it's about creating the right engagement with the right buyers and turning that engagement into sustainable pipeline and revenue.

Most importantly, you're someone who likes to own your work. You don't need a large team beneath you to make an impact; you're energized by rolling up your sleeves, collaborating across the business, and seeing your ideas translate into measurable results.
