About Osano

Osano is an innovative B-Corporation built around a simple belief: privacy is a fundamental right. Since day one, we’ve been focused on giving modern enterprises the ability to innovate quickly, stay competitive, and earn customer trust by respecting data privacy and complying with consent guidelines. Our products help organizations operate confidently in a rapidly evolving regulatory and technological landscape.

The Role

Osano is looking for a Campaign Coordinator to help execute the integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and brand awareness. This is a hands-on campaign execution and project management role for someone who knows how to take an established campaign strategy and turn it into action across multiple channels. You'll work closely with demand generation, content, product marketing, sales, and other partners to coordinate campaign deliverables, manage timelines, deploy programs, and make sure everything launches on time, on brand, and as intended.

The ideal candidate brings experience executing integrated, cross-channel or omnichannel campaigns in a B2B environment and is comfortable managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines at once. You won't be expected to set the overarching campaign strategy — you'll be instrumental in making sure that strategy gets out the door successfully.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels such as email, paid, organic, content, webinars, and ABM based on established campaign strategies and briefs.
  • Translate campaign plans into clear project timelines, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables, keeping stakeholders aligned from kickoff through launch.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of multiple campaigns simultaneously, proactively identifying blockers and keeping projects moving.
  • Build, deploy, and monitor campaign components within marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Coordinate with demand generation, content, product marketing, design, sales, and other partners to ensure campaign assets and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Manage audience segmentation, campaign setup, scheduling, tracking, and other deployment requirements based on established campaign parameters.
  • QA campaigns before launch, including links, forms, lists, tracking, formatting, creative, and overall customer experience.
  • Maintain the shared campaign calendar and ensure cross-channel activities are coordinated appropriately.
  • Monitor live campaigns, troubleshoot execution issues, and flag performance or delivery concerns to the appropriate partners.
  • Pull and organize campaign performance data to support reporting and optimization efforts.
  • Help maintain and improve campaign processes, templates, documentation, and workflows to make execution more efficient and scalable.
  • Support occasional event or webinar coordination as needed, including logistics, promotion, lead capture, and follow-up.
  •

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, with meaningful hands-on experience in campaign management and execution.
  • Experience executing integrated, cross-channel, or omnichannel marketing campaigns from kickoff through deployment.
  • B2B marketing experience required; experience within a B2B software or SaaS organization is especially valuable.
  • Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple campaigns, stakeholders, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar.
  • An understanding of how different marketing channels work together as part of a larger integrated campaign.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when building, deploying, and QAing campaigns.
  • Ability to take an established strategy or campaign brief and independently drive the execution forward.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally.
  • Comfort working with campaign data and performance metrics.
  • A proactive, organized approach with a willingness to get into the details and make things happen.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working within a B2B SaaS or software company.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Experience supporting event coordination, including webinars, conferences, trade shows, or field events.
  • Familiarity with ABM campaigns or account-based marketing programs.
  • Experience working with marketing project management or campaign planning tools.
  • Basic design sense and experience reviewing campaign creative for accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Familiarity with the data privacy, compliance, or cybersecurity space.
