B2B Demand Generation Manager

We are seeking a full-time demand generation manager to join Oshi Health’s commercial marketing team! In this role, you’ll partner closely with our growing B2B Marketing & sales team to define and execute a data-driven commercial growth strategy,  developing impactful omni-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness, buyer education, and new sales opportunities. This role reports to the Senior Director of B2B Marketing and is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, make a big impact, and help us scale Oshi Health’s business as we continue to scale access to Oshi’s life-changing digestive healthcare. 

Some areas you’ll work on:

  • End-to-end campaign strategy: Develop, execute, and report on end-to-end demand generation marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, paid ads, webinars, and events, to drive pipeline growth and progress
  • Event marketing: Own strategy and approach to webinars and industry events that drive brand awareness and demand, including promotional strategies to maximize engagement
  • Performance analysis: Analyze campaign performance with marketing analytics tools to garner actionable insights to optimize campaigns and  improve our MQL to opportunity conversion
  • Understanding our buyer: Develop a deep understanding of our ideal customer profile in collaboration with sales and the rest of the marketing team and design and test targeted demand generation campaigns 
  • Opportunity engagement: Own pre-sales marketing automation strategy and nurture opportunity working closely with our sales VPs on sales cycle engagement and/or prospect re-engagement tactics
  • Help set content priorities: Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to determine content needs to support demand generation goals, including gated content, blogs, white papers, e-books, and more
  • Agency management: Build and manage relationships with third-party agencies, such as social media and events
  • Budget optimization: Manage allocated marketing budget and identify resources to maximize brand awareness and lead generation performance
  • Tool management: Work closely with commercial operations to evaluate and implement tools aligned with our marketing strategy that increase our efficiency and performance

Qualities we’re looking for in candidates:

  • An analytics-driven mindset focused on funnel optimization and iteration 
  • Hands-on experience working across different digital marketing disciplines, including email marketing, paid ads, event marketing, and other lead generation activities 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create succinct and targeted communications
  • Builder mindset who can work individually and “owns the outcome” but enjoys collaboration with others  
  • Strong organizational skills and project management experience to support timely deliverables, including the ability to balance multiple priorities at once and meet deadlines
  • Creative problem solving and proactive attitude, ready to roll up your sleeves and serve the mission and goals wherever there is a need
  • Excellent eye for detail and fine print
  • Experience with martech tools such as Pardot, Google Suite, Salesforce, or others
  • Experience working with and/or managing external agencies 
  • Preferred experience with enterprise demand generation, focused on employers, within B2B2C healthcare context 

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 2-3 + years of commercial demand generation experience 
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing mix, experience executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, and leveraging marketing analytics to measure performance
  • Analytical mindset, using metrics to make data-driven decisions to improve marketing strategies
  • Advanced, hands-on proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, MarTech & data analytics tools
  • Proven success with self-direction, strong communication skills, and ability to communicate cross-functionally
  • Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems
  • Confident working in a highly fast-paced environment with multiple projects and quick turn-arounds

Oshi utilizes the entire compensation range, and we expect candidates offered positions with our company to fall widely throughout the range.The candidate we hire may have more experience (or less) than what is outlined in this job description. If that’s the case, an updated level and salary range will be shared during the hiring process.

Compensation Range

$105,000 - $135,000 USD
