Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing

The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to lead our patient marketing journey—an essential pillar of our growth strategy. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the Patient Marketing team's initiatives and positively contributes to Oshi Health’s growth and retention goals. This position involves developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies and tactics to enhance patient engagement and retention.
This position will work cross-functionally with marketing, account management, data engineering, analytics, tech, and product teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive business growth and improve the member experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to increase engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Lead the development, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns and newsletters, including customer segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate internally with the product, design, and content teams to create personalized and impactful communications that resonate with different customer segments.
- Monitor and analyze key lifecycle metrics (e.g. retention, engagement, CTR, etc.) to optimize campaigns and report performance to stakeholders.
- Manage and improve CRM strategies across email, SMS, and other channels.
- Optimize the onboarding process to ensure customers are fully engaged from the start, improving activation and reducing churn.
- Support retention initiatives, including win-back campaigns, product usage nudges, and referral campaigns.
- Work closely with data and analytics teams to gather insights and refine marketing tactics based on performance metrics.
Who You are:
- Experienced in Growth Marketing and Lifecycle Campaigns
5-10+ years of relevant experience in CRM, Lifecycle/Engagement/Retention marketing, or Integrated/Loyalty Marketing with a proven track record of driving member acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, within B2C or B2B2C contexts. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years in digital healthcare. - Channel Expertise
Demonstrated success managing at least two of the following channels: direct mail, email, phone, SMS, or push notifications. Proven ability to optimize and expand channel use based on performance data. - Strong Analytical Skills
Proficient with marketing analytics tools (e.g. Metabase or Tableau) with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies. Ideally familiar with relevant database tools and coding languages such as SQL to oversee data pulls and more complex analytics. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Segment, and other online marketing tools is a plus. - Project Management Excellence
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams, especially within a remote environment. - Technical Proficiency and Experimentation Expertise
Skilled in product and marketing analytics tools and experienced in running growth experiments, including A/B and multivariate testing, to optimize lifecycle marketing initiatives (e.g., SFMC, Litmus, etc.). - Self-Motivated and Organized
Self-starter with a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt expertise to new environments, applying learnings to drive efficiency and scalability. - Communication and Presentation Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of effectively presenting strategies, insights, and recommendations to partners and internal stakeholders. - User-Centric Approach with Healthcare Industry Knowledge
Understanding of user segmentation and behavioral patterns, with experience in healthcare or health tech preferred. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, or a related field.

Compensation Range
$135,000 - $175,000 USD
