The Team:
The Growth team (Analytics, Patient Marketing, Growth & Business Operations, and Account Management) is a critical team at Oshi, responsible for driving company growth, managing and ensuring success with our customers, and optimizing conversion and retention throughout the entire funnel. Our team is scrappy, analytical, highly strategic, and interacts with every part of the business to support business objectives. In particular, the Analytics function on the Growth team consists of talented analysts who are skilled in both doing hands-on data analysis as well as collaborating with other teams across the organization to develop KPIs and the analytics tooling necessary for insight generation.
The Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Manager, Growth & Analytics to play a critical role in driving Oshi Health’s growth. As a member of the Analytics team, this role will generate data-driven insights, build and maintain core data models and reporting, support development, execution, and interpretation of A/B tests, and enable business decisions, with a focus on patient marketing analytics. Partnering closely with the Patient Marketing team, this role will use data to measure, analyze, and optimize our patient marketing efforts throughout the funnel to improve patient acquisition, engagement, and retention.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Insights Using Data: Bring a high level of analytical rigor to help us deeply understand all patient marketing efforts (e.g. partner outreach, paid marketing, lifecycle management) to identify trends and areas of opportunity. Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify opportunities for improved targeting, segmentation, and personalization.
- Measure Patient Marketing Performance: Improve current performance dashboards and build new ones to track KPIs for the patient marketing team across campaigns and channels.
- Support Experimentation: Support and evaluate marketing experimentation like A/B, split URL, and multivariate testing to rapidly optimize the funnel.
- Communicate to Various Audiences: Effectively communicate technical material with clear data visualization and compelling narratives to a range of audiences, providing insight into factors impacting business performance.
- Work alongside the Senior Manager, Growth & Analytics to support strategic growth initiatives related to patient acquisition and retention.
Who You Are:
- You have 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in marketing analytics.
- Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in using SQL and Excel to query, organize, and analyze data. You have experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Braze, Google Analytics, Fullstory) and business intelligence tools (e.g. Metabase, Tableau). Experience with statistical tools (e.g. R, Python) is a bonus.
- Analytical Mindset: You have strong problem-solving skills with a track record of using data to inform strategy and decision-making. You are adept at data visualization and storytelling techniques and can easily spot patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement. You thrive on using data to inform decisions.
- Clear Communicator: You possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Life-Long Learner: You are eager to learn new techniques and tools to drive your analyses to the next level. You are comfortable becoming proficient in new platforms and databases.
- You have a passion for Oshi Health’s mission and a strong desire to drive growth.
- Healthcare experience is preferred.

Compensation Range
$100,000 - $150,000 USD
