About the Role
Are you a strategic operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building systems from the ground up, and wants to be part of transforming healthcare?

We’re looking for a results-oriented, detail-driven leader to join Oshi Health as Director of Network Operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for scaling and optimizing Oshi’s open access care delivery network, launching new provider partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across the board. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to bring deals from handshake to go-live, and you’ll help define how we expand our impact across markets.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll support both the growth and execution of our strategic vision—making digestive healthcare more accessible, seamless, and effective for patients nationwide.

What You’ll Do

Lead Network Implementation & Growth

  • Serve as the operational lead for new partner launches—owning the transition from signed deal to successful implementation

  • Translate deal terms into scalable workflows aligned with Oshi’s care model

  • Build implementation playbooks and standardized onboarding processes for partners

  • Partner with the VP of Strategic Partnerships to provide operational input during deal negotiations and integration planning

  • Evaluate potential partnerships from an operational and clinical fit perspective

Build & Scale Oshi’s Open Access Provider Network

  • Grow and manage a national GI provider network across key markets

  • Oversee phased geographic expansion throughout 2025

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive provider directory

  • Evaluate provider performance using internal and external quality data

  • Build systems and dashboards to track engagement, growth, and operational KPIs

Drive Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with clinical, operations, product, and growth teams to align goals and execute successfully

  • Serve as a liaison between Oshi teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflows and implementation

  • Represent the voice of the partner internally and help resolve issues quickly and effectively

Optimize for Scalability & Process Improvement

  • Continuously improve onboarding and account management processes

  • Document scalable workflows and create knowledge-sharing tools for the broader team

  • Identify and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, partner satisfaction, and patient outcomes

Who You Are

  • Experienced operator. You bring 5+ years in provider operations, partnerships, or implementation—ideally in digital health or healthcare delivery. You understand provider onboarding, clinical network management, and partnership execution.

  • Project manager at heart. You thrive on structure, love a good checklist, and bring clarity to complexity.

  • Strong communicator. You’re confident leading presentations, facilitating QBRs, and translating detailed operations into compelling stories for execs and partners alike.

  • Relationship builder. You’ve built and managed external partnerships with grace and confidence. You know when to get into the details and when to stay high-level.

  • Data-driven decision maker. You’re comfortable using tools like Excel or Tableau to drive insights, evaluate performance, and guide strategic decisions.

  • Resourceful and self-starting. You love solving problems and don’t wait to be told what to do. You thrive in ambiguity and take pride in moving things forward.

  • Collaborative team player. You’re comfortable working cross-functionally and building strong internal and external relationships.

  • Mission-aligned. You’re excited by our goal to eliminate the impact of GI conditions—and you bring passion, curiosity, and energy to the work.

Bonus if you have an MBA or advanced degree, or previous experience in high-growth startups, care delivery, or health system partnerships.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
