What You’ll Do

  • Provide telephone triage and clinical decision support for patient needs

  • Coordinate care and ensure timely follow-up through secure messaging and phone calls

  • Educate patients on clinical plans, medications, and symptom management

  • Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule to respond to urgent concerns

  • Accurately document all patient interactions and clinical notes in the EMR

  • Collaborate closely with MDs, APPs, dietitians, and behavioral health providers

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Active RN license in a compact state and 50-state RN licensure already obtained

  • Strong clinical decision-making and judgment in virtual care settings

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and confidently in a remote environment

  • Access to a HIPAA-compliant, private home workspace and reliable internet

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • 3+ years of GI clinical nursing experience

  • Prior experience with telehealth, digital health tools, or remote care delivery

  • Passion for patient-centered, multidisciplinary care

Compensation Range

$75,000 - $115,000 USD
