Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

As Oshi's first Access+ Field Rep, you will be the face of Oshi in your territory, helping independent GI practices and health systems bring our multidisciplinary care model, dietitians, gut-brain psychologists, and care coordination, to their patients. You will build and own relationships with the physicians and staff at each partner practice, while also helping shape what this role and function looks like as we grow it from the ground up. This is a chance to build something new within a mission that is redefining what great GI care can look like.

What You'll Do — Key Responsibilities

  • Drive uptake of multidisciplinary care at your assigned practices by educating GI physicians and their teams on the care model, sharing patient outcomes and utilization data, and supporting patients through their course of care with Oshi.
  • Build durable, long-term relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and front and back office staff at every partner practice, owning that relationship for as long as it lasts.
  • Partner with Oshi's launch team to bring newly signed practices to steady state, then take ownership of the ongoing relationship.
  • Prospect and generate qualified meetings with new practices across your territory to grow Oshi's footprint in the Midwest.
  • Work with Oshi's analytics team to prioritize your time across practices and clinicians, focusing where patient needs and partnership opportunities are greatest.
  • Represent Oshi at regional GI conferences, dinners, and events, and bring field intelligence back to the team on what's working, what isn't, and what practices and patients are telling you.
  • Keep Salesforce current with your field activity to support team visibility and planning.

What We're Looking For — Qualifications & Requirements

Required

  • 5+ years of field experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, medical devices, medical nutrition, or an adjacent healthcare category calling on physician practices.
  • A demonstrated track record of beating sales quota, building long-term trusted relationships with physicians and practice staff, and driving behavior change at the account level.
  • Experience building a function from zero, whether you've built a field team before or were an early team member in a function that got built around you.
  • Based in Michigan, Ohio or Tennessee preferred, with consideration for strong candidates in other Midwest locations. This role focuses primarily on the Midwest, with travel to other regions as needed and regular in-person time with practices.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to drive a substantial share of the workweek, with some overnight travel involved.
  • Comfort working in a CRM (Salesforce or similar) and standard business tools.

Preferred

  • GI-specific experience.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or a high-growth startup environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $100-120,000 (commensurate with experience) with bonus incentives quarterly & equity
  • Health Benefits: 90% employee premiums paid for medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Time Off: Flexible PTO plus paid holidays and 1 floating holiday
  • Retirement: Eligibility to contribute to 401(k)
  • Work Style: Field-based role covering an assigned Midwest territory, with regular in-person time at partner practices
  • Travel: 75% travel requirement. Mileage reimbursement for field travel and per diem
  • Growth: Professional development support as we scale

Compensation Range

$100,000 - $120,000 USD
