WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO LOOK FORWARD TO?

The Project Manager is part of the Ostro Client Success team. When a sale closes, the Client Success team takes over to help our customers realize value from our software offering. The Project Manager owns the launch / implementation of our software onto a client website. Each launch can range from 6 weeks to 12 weeks depending on various complexities. This effort requires coordinating with different stakeholders at Ostro and the client, while also carrying forth individual-level contributions including configuring the software (no coding expertise required), submissions to the client’s regulatory committee and conducting quality assurance testing prior to release. 

You have a strong project management background with demonstrated experience leading cross-organizational digital program management projects. Cross functional coordination with additional stakeholders including Implementation Consultants, Account Executives, Product Managers and Support is a big part of this role. 

The Project Manager will build detailed project plans and hold various internal and external teams accountable for dates and deliverables. You will collect, analyze and present data sets supporting project goals and initiatives, and manage and highlight risk and deploying mitigation techniques. The Project Manager will also set and maintain appropriate expectations, and provide operational support. 

REQUIREMENTS: THE VALUE YOU WILL BRING! 

  • 2-5 years of client-facing project management experience in a digital environment
  • Experience managing relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills 
  • Digital marketing/advertising agency experience in the pharmaceutical space is preferred
  • Solid understanding of Project Management and critical path analysis, PMP or like certification a plus 
  • Ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies 
  • Familiarity with project management software and methodologies 
  • Successful track record coordinating multiple project internal and external stakeholders and software development teams

COMPENSATION: 

The salary range estimate for this US-based position is $100,200- $111,300 USD + bonus and equity. These numbers are based on our compensation philosophy and US national averages since, as a fully remote company, we do not adjust compensation based on your location within the United States.
