Help Desk Technical Specialist

As a Help Desk Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. The Helpdesk Technician will handle various tasks, including administrating Office 365, managing Azure Active Directory and On-prem Active Directory, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting Windows 11 and Windows Server environments. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person. 
  • Administrate Office 365, including Exchange, to manage user accounts, licenses, and email services. 
  • Manage Azure Active Directory and On-prem Active Directory, including user provisioning, group management, and security settings. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows 11 operating systems and Windows Server environments. 
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems and software. 
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software. 
  • Document technical issues and solutions in the helpdesk ticketing system. 
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient and effective IT operations. 
  • Provide training and support to end-users on IT-related topics. 

What we look for:

  • Proven experience in administrating Office 365, including Exchange. 
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory and On-prem Active Directory. 
  • Proficiency in Windows 11 operating system and Windows Server environments. 
  • Excellent hardware and software troubleshooting skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus.
