What You’ll Do
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Engineers and Integration Specialists across multiple regions.
- Define and execute integration strategies aligned with business objectives and market needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end integration lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to enhance integration capabilities and drive revenue growth.
Technical Integrations & Solution Architecture
- Drive POS & middleware integrations for on-premise and off-premise enterprise solutions.
- Manage complex API integrations, third-party middleware solutions, and cloud-based platforms.
- Lead custom on-demand solutions, ensuring seamless interoperability between internal and external systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges while continuously improving technical processes.
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Partner with the Sales team to provide technical expertise in pre-sales discussions and enterprise negotiations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and recommending tailored integration solutions.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by optimizing post-integration performance and technical support.
Process Optimization & Innovation
- Develop and optimize internal processes to streamline integrations, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce implementation timelines.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies that can drive innovation in POS and enterprise integrations.
- Manage special projects focused on scalability, automation, and system interoperability.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 7+ years of experience in technical integrations, solutions engineering, or middleware/POS integration in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams
- Expertise in POS systems, middleware, API integrations, and enterprise-grade software solutions.
- Strong understanding of technical sales processes, enterprise solution design, and SaaS implementations.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with troubleshooting complex integrations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in Restaurants, QSRs, C-Stores, Cinemas, and Retail industries is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge
- Experience with cloud-based integration platforms, REST APIs, and enterprise middleware solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages, or other relevant technical tools is a bonus.
- This is a business client-facing, but yet, a technical position
