What you’ll do:
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation to close with our largest, named National/Global Enterprise customers.
- Leverage the whole CSS team to support sales cycle including RE, Product, Tech and Ops.
- Leverage own network to build pipeline to prospect potential customers, research product match and build an outreach engagement plan, including full stakeholder plan, customer roadmap/strategy & account plan.
- Effectively manage pipeline activity to achieve required results - both short term activity and short-term and long-term results, ensuring all activity is logged and tracked in Salesforce.
- Hold effective discovery meetings to fully understand customers' business and our product placement. Craft effective pitches from a solutions-oriented perspective that creatively solve customers' problems and demonstrate our solution value.
- Lead C-level negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial contract terms that demonstrate an understanding of both current market conditions' impact on restaurant P&L andthe client's wants and needs.
- Maintain and grow existing relationships with enterprise customers once onboarded - always looking for the up/cross-sell opportunity.
- Sales experience: You have +4 years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience.
- Communication skills: You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone, and the ability to work independently and take ownership of your role with minimal supervision.
- Data analysis.
- Goal-oriented: You have a sharp focus on your goals and a belief that your daily, weekly, and monthly activities will help you achieve success.
- Strong work ethic: You can demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to doing what it takes to be successful in sales.
- Growing market: You’ll be focused on an $80 billion market that’s projected to reach at least $500 billion by 2030 in the US alone.
- Changing the restaurant industry: You’ll be part of a team that helps restaurants succeed in online food delivery.
