What you'll do:

  • Be a true partner: Coach customers to optimize operations and achieve business goals.
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Cultivate strong relationships with top-tier clients, identifying new opportunities and solving challenges.
  • Fuel Revenue Expansion: Strategically upsell and cross-sell to expand customer utilization and business.
  • Shape the Future: Translate customer feedback into actionable product enhancements.
  • Solve Complex Problems: Systematically identify problems and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Champion Customer Success: Directly impact customer happiness, profitability, retention, and expansion.

What you'll bring:

  • Key Requirements & Skills:
  • Language: C1 English proficiency required.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Data Analysis: Ability to interpret data, knowledge of queries, and diagnostic skills.
    • Tools: Proficient in Excel.
    • Plus: Basic SQL.

This role is based in our Mexico City office location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation.
