About the Role
Reporting to the DES Manager, we are seeking an accomplished digital engineering professional with deep expertise in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to join our ITDE team. This role is pivotal in advancing digital capabilities across Engineering, Test Certification, Product Reliability and Support, and Product Configuration Management. The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in technical leadership and solution deployment across the full product lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on model-based and digitally integrated engineering practices.
What You’ll Do
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): Lead MBSE initiatives leveraging tools such as CATIA Magic, JAMA, and Reqtify to ensure digital continuity from requirements through verification and validation.
- Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (D-FMEA): Facilitate D-FMEA sessions and ensure outputs are embedded into design reviews and risk mitigation strategies.
- Product Configuration Management: Maintain and manage engineering Bills of Materials (EBOMs) across product variants and lifecycle phases. Ensure consistency and alignment across EBOM, MBOM, and SBOM structures.
- Test & Certification: Support engineering deliverables that meet internal and regulatory standards (FAA, EASA). Maintain traceability and regulatory compliance through structured workflows and documentation.
- Service Engineering: Embed serviceability requirements into product design. Support the development and maintenance of service BOMs and technical documentation.
- Change Management: Manage engineering change processes using 3DEXPERIENCE tools. Ensure cross-functional, timely, and compliant execution of changes.
- Project Leadership: Drive cross-functional engineering projects to successful completion. Ensure alignment of priorities, resolve technical issues, and deliver against defined scope, schedule, and quality objectives.
Who You Are
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related field
Experience
- 10 years of experience in engineering or digital engineering roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Proven expertise in 3DEXPERIENCE platform (ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA).
- Strong technical background in MBSE, Test & Certification, Service Engineering, D-FMEA, Configuration Management, and Change Control.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Where You’ll Be
**This is a remote position, with travel to the company headquarters in Ft Worth, TX, 1 week every 4-6 weeks for team collaboration
