Our team of trusted midwives, OBGYNs and dedicated care navigators ensure our patients get the type of care they need in the moments that matter most. Since launching in 2021, we’ve expanded our services to include Preconception and Miscarriage Care, Pregnancy Care, Hospital-Based Delivery, Postpartum Support, and Gynecology. We have 3 clinics in New York, 1 in Connecticut along with exciting expansion on the Horizon! This is a defining moment for Oula. As we prepare to expand into two new markets in 2026, we are evolving into a complex, multi-region organization. We are looking for a Recruiter to join us on a temp-to-perm basis to maintain our momentum while our Lead Recruiter is on leave. This role is a sourcing powerhouse position. You will focus on the execution of recruitment efforts across clinical and business teams, ensuring our pipeline remains robust during this critical inflection point. While our systems and ATS are already in place, we need you to jump into the driver's seat to identify and engage the talent that will build the future of maternity care.

Key Responsibilities

High-Volume Sourcing & Pipeline Management

  • Targeted Sourcing: Create and execute engagement strategies to bring the best talent to multiple clinical and corporate roles.
  • Network Building: Proactively develop relationships with key networks, including midwives and obstetricians, to broaden the applicant pool - local to our clinics and lead generation across geographies.
  • Data Integrity: Regularly manage pipeline activity within our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring data is accurate and sharing data-centric updates with stakeholders.

Full-Cycle Execution

  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure we meet their specific hiring needs and goals.
  • Candidate Experience: Act as the guardian of the candidate journey, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from first touch to offer, and handoff for onboard.

Brand Ambassadorship

  • Storytelling: Pitch a compelling Oula narrative and recruiting brand to engage external candidates.
  • Communication: Act as an empathetic listener and dynamic communicator who can connect with a wide variety of audiences.

 

Experience & Qualifications

  • Recruiting Background: You have 2+ years of interdisciplinary recruiting experience, with a proven track record in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Clinical Knowledge: You have experience recruiting for clinical roles or within the healthcare industry.
  • Adaptability: You are comfortable jumping into an existing system and driving results immediately. You are willing to meet candidates where they are at - demonstrate flexibility on communication modalities and inclusive hiring practices. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Oula offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, and  comprehensive benefits. Exact compensation inclusive of salary and any bonuses is determined based on a number of factors including experience and skill level, location, and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Salary Range

$85,000 - $95,000 USD
