About Us 

We live by the saying “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”, and our mission is to empower healthy and thriving communities. Ounce is a first-of-its-kind community-based service model. Enabled by technology, we provide services to residents of affordable housing properties, improving engagement and outcomes at scale.

One of our core values is “creativity wins the day”. We know we will not overcome age-old challenges with approaches that have been tried before. We encourage our team to remove the constraints of what we think we know about healthcare or housing and think instead, “if we had all the resources we needed, what could we be doing every day to make this a great place to live where people can be healthy and thrive?” And then we figure out how we make that happen.
