As a Supply Planner at Oura, you will play a central role in connecting business demand with supply execution as we scale our global operations. You will translate commercial priorities into actionable production and inventory plans while balancing capacity, service levels, and operational constraints. In this role, you will work closely with Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and Logistics partners to drive alignment, manage trade-offs,and support inventory allocation while providing clear, data-driven visibility into supply performance to support informed decision-making across the business. This position requires a proactive, analytical planner who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership of supply decisions, and effectively influences cross-functional partners.
This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office with the expectation to be onsite 2 - 3 days per week.
What you will do:
Coordination & Supply Planning Strategy
- Own the end-to-end production plan, balancing demand, capacity, lead times, and inventory targets
- Assess and communicate supply and capacity risks, driving mitigation plans in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Build and maintain clear visibility into supply performance, constraints, and recovery plans through data-driven dashboards and metrics to support leadership decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement of supply planning processes and tools.
Production Planning & Contract Manufacturing Partnership
- Manage production plans and capacity or material prioritization directly with contract manufacturers
- Support new product introductions (NPI) by partnering with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to ensure smooth ramp and production readiness
- Monitor CM performance, identify risks to supply output, and lead issue resolution
- Serve as a primary supply planning point of contact for CM-related planning decisions
Inventory Planning & Allocation
- Build and manage inventory plans aligned with demand, production constraints, and service level targets
- Partner with Retail, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams to manage inventory allocation across retail, ecommerce, and B2B channels
- Optimize and rebalance inventory across Oura’s supply chain network to maintain target inventory levels while supporting service goals and strategic objectives.
- Maintain visibility into inventory positions and future availability through reporting on inventory levels, CM performance, and supply risks to proactively prevent stockouts and minimize excess.
We would love to have you on our team if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply or Inventory Planning, or a related field
- A background or familiarity with consumer electronics or consumer goods space
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, very well organized, and data-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
- Region 1: $112,000 - $140,000
