Backed by eight-figure contracts across the Department of Defense, we are strengthening national security by iterating closely with end users engaged in tactical operations.

Role Summary: 

We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to connect business development, program management, and engineering activities that are essential to the company’s operations. This individual will have the responsibility of designing and implementing new systems to improve operational efficiency as the company scales and will directly interface with senior leaders.    

Key Responsibilities: 

• Analyze strategic opportunities in terms of capacity constraints and opportunity costs; Use analysis to provide recommendations to the leadership team.
• Implement and upkeep operational calendar with inputs from several cross functional teams.
• Implement and automate analytics for customer-facing company functions.
• Lead special projects related to customer-facing operations, process improvement, and other strategic areas of the business as we grow.

Desired Qualifications:

• Engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience
• MBA degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• +5 years experience working in technical project management or business operations.
• Excellent documentation, communications and interpersonal skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with the ability to drive achievement of objectives.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic work environment. Some exposure to a start-up environment.
• Ability to obtain a US government security clearance.
