About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and collaborative Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead growth initiatives, establish and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, and increase awareness of Overstory Health’s programs within the Greater Boston area. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact by connecting individuals with essential mental health services while contributing to the success of a fast-growing startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on Outcomes: Build relationships with clinical partners, including emergency rooms, therapists, and health systems, to drive referrals and achieve census targets.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the admissions and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience from referral to enrollment.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Leverage CRM systems to track outreach activities, manage referral pipelines, and provide regular performance updates.
- Educational Outreach: Lead presentations, networking events, and educational meetings to promote Overstory Health’s care model.
- Market Feedback: Collect insights from partners and stakeholders to help refine outreach strategies and improve patient engagement.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, account management, or community outreach; healthcare experience preferred but not required.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and engage with individuals at all levels.
- Location: Must be based in Greater Boston with the ability to travel locally.
- Technology: Proficiency in Google and CRM systems.

- Competitive base salary with performance incentives (target compensation: $100,000, including 70% base and 30% variable)
