The Role: 

 

As a Senior Growth Product Manager, you will focus on expanding our user base and increasing engagement by identifying and implementing product-led growth strategies. You’ll work cross-functionally to optimize the product, experiment with new features, and measure the results to improve key metrics like acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue (AARRR). Tactically you’ll be responsible for optimizing the aspects of the customer journey most tied to growth and launching new features to accelerate user growth. You’ll own and iterate on our sign up and onboarding flows, maximize the key AARRR metrics. and support product messaging across the platform This role will report to our VP of Growth & Marketing.

 

You’ll use a combination of data, customer insights, and experimentation to drive key metrics like sign-up conversion, time to value, average revenue per user and referral volume. This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and our founding team to accelerate our growth engine.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee the end-to-end product development process, collaborating with design, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Define, measure, and optimize product and growth KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Ensure clear and transparent communication of product decisions and learnings across the organization.
  • Own and partner with marketing and other product managers to maximize conversion, develop new onboarding flows, max out cross sell, increase sign up flows, onboarding, cross, and referral experience — from initial landing through activation and advocacy.
  • Identify friction points in the sign-up flow and implement optimizations through rapid experimentation.
  • Partner with design and engineering to build seamless and delightful user journeys.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure onboarding and referral effectiveness, and iterate based on learnings.
  • Collaborate with marketing on messaging strategy, landing page conversion, and incentive structures.
  • Use tools like Mixpanel, Hotjar, and SQL to inform decisions and uncover opportunities.
  • Translate insights into a prioritized roadmap focused on improving user acquisition and retention.
  • Communicate tradeoffs and outcomes clearly across the org and champion a culture of learning and experimentation.
  • Develop system and workflow maps to align product efforts and language across teams.
  • Lead with curiosity, humility, and a bias for action.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on consumer-facing products in the real estate, fintech, or proptech industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on digital products and services, with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance competing demands in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong user empathy, with an ability to transform complex data and customer insights into product vision and a prioritized roadmap.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to deliver and oversee first-party product solutions to enable targeting, measurement, optimization, etc
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product, with a basic understanding of APIs and platform projects.
  • Strong technical proficiency and an ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Mixpanel, HotJar, and other data analysis tools to inform product decisions and measure product performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred, but candidates with relevant experience and a strong track record in product management will also be considered.
