The Role:

Ownwell is looking for a high-impact Senior Account Executive to drive growth with institutional property owners. This is a quota-carrying, outbound-focused role where you’ll own the full sales cycle - building pipeline, leading executive conversations, and closing transformative deals.

While your primary focus will be winning big, strategic accounts (and any smaller ones that come up), as a senior member of the sales team you’ll also set the tone for excellence: sharing best practices, stepping in to support inbound opportunities, and helping elevate junior team members. You’ll be a player first, and a coach when the team needs you. This is a role for someone who wants to win big. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, can navigate complex deals, and know how to combine hustle with strategy, you’ll feel right at home at Ownwell.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle for institutional and enterprise accounts, from prospecting through close.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through outbound efforts and strategic prospecting.
  • Lead executive-level conversations with property owners and decision makers
  • Consistently meet & exceed revenue targets and contribute directly to company growth.
  • Step in on high-value inbound opportunities to ensure Ownwell maximizes every lead.
  • Share expertise and provide light coaching to junior sales reps, raising the bar across the team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and client success to deliver customer impact.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Real Estate or Financial Service-related sales experience, with a track record of closing larger, high-value deals.
  • Strong outbound skills: you know how to prospect, hunt, and build pipelines at the institutional level.
  • Confidence in leading executive-level presentations and negotiations.
  • Relentless drive for results and comfort with ambitious targets.
  • Team-first mindset: competitive on the scoreboard, generous with knowledge off it.
  • Bonus: experience selling into real estate, financial services, or related industries.
