Reporting to our Director of Marketing, we are seeking a Lead Web Marketing Manager to own the strategy, execution, and performance of Oyster HR’s web experience. This role is responsible for the ongoing evolution of Oyster’s website as a global growth engine—spanning Webflow operations, SEO, conversion rate optimization, web analytics, and site governance. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with brand/content, product marketing, partnerships, design, and legal to ensure our website performs at a high level for both users and the business.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical web skills, growth marketing mindset, and operational excellence with deep experience managing Webflow or similar CMS platforms and driving influenced pipeline through the website.

What you'll do…

  • Own day-to-day operations and performance of the Oyster website, managing roadmap priorities, site governance, and experience optimization across regions.
  • Drive the development and execution of Oyster’s web growth strategy, including SEO, CRO, personalization, and user experience improvements.
  • Partner closely with demand generation, content, and GTM ops to ensure site experiences drive qualified pipeline and align with funnel metrics.
  • Leverage Webflow, Optimize, Clearbit Reveal, and other tools to create personalized, high-converting experiences for priority audiences.
  • Lead localization and global web strategy efforts as we expand regional performance and scale international SEO.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs across traffic, engagement, conversion, and influenced pipeline; translate insights into actionable experiments and updates.
  • Support campaign and product marketing launches with rapid iteration of landing pages and conversion flows, ensuring brand consistency and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering, legal, and product teams to ensure site security, compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and overall site health.

Core requirements

  • 7+ years in web marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing roles—preferably in B2B SaaS or HRTech environments.
  • Proven experience owning and scaling Webflow (or similar) websites as high-performing, conversion-optimized growth channels.
  • Expertise in SEO (on-page and technical), with familiarity using tools like Google Search Console (GSC), Ahrefs, SEMRush or Screaming Frog.
  • Experience with CRO, A/B testing platforms, personalization tools (e.g., Clearbit Reveal, Mutiny, Clay), and analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, HubSpot).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with multi-regional site structure, hreflang implementation, and localization workflows.
  • Experience working in a global, distributed team environment is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for storytelling and UX.
  • Hands-on experience managing website roadmaps, vendor/agency relationships, and internal QA processes.

You'll also need

  • A reliable home internet connection (or be able to get one)
  • Fluent English language skills

Our values guide the work we do, the decisions we make, and the culture that makes us special. We elevate talent. 🙌  We build trust. 🤝 We thrive together. 🌍

Our mission is to create a more equal world—one global hire at a time. Everything we do ladders up to our mission—and that doesn’t just mean building software. We develop programs, participate in workshops, and create dedicated teams to ensure we successfully support companies and knowledge workers in this new world of work.

We embrace asynchronous communication and collaborative work—and we share how we work in the Oyster Public HQ —to help other global teams learn from our experiences.

💌  How YOU work

Different countries have different statutory benefits, different cultures have different norms, and different people have different needs! In order to best support and encourage our diverse team, we’ve created How YOU Work; a program of policies, practices, and perks to support your whole human experience as an employee at Oyster.

  • Work from anywhere: Oyster is a borderless, HQ-less company. As long as your work gets done on time, your team has the support they need, and you're authorized to work where you live, the world is truly your Oyster.
  • Paid time off: We’re all about taking breaks—we all need it. Oyster provides employees with 40 days off each year, which includes public/bank holidays and vacation/holiday leave (unless your country mandates more).

  • Wellbeing allowance:  Each month, Oyster will top up your ThanksBen wallet with a wellbeing allowance. You can get pretty much anything that your heart desires! ThanksBen offers a wide array of options for spending your wellbeing allowance. Check out their benefits catalogue here for inspiration.
  • Flexible parental leave: Families are created in lots of different ways. Our parental leave policy applies to all employees who are becoming parents, regardless of how they become a parent. Oysters are eligible for a minimum of three months of paid parental leave and your job will be held for 12 months (or longer if required by local jurisdiction).
  • WFH stipend: Stipend to spend on your laptop and any other equipment you need for your home office; we'll get you up and running in no time!
