This role is critical to our growth strategy, ensuring that our sales team is equipped with the best tools, training, and support to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales enablement, with extensive experience in Salesforce and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth
  • Implement and maintain structured sales processes and onboarding programs.
  • Create and iterate on BDR playbooks and continuous sales training programs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales KPIs to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Maintain positive professional relationships with prospects and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients or customers.
  • Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.
  • Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople.
  • Oversee a team of BDRs, ensuring they are well-trained and supported.
  • Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services.
  • Implement and manage CRM tools, particularly Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Ensure continuous improvement of sales onboarding and training programs.
  • Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met.
  • Train sales professionals and help improve their skills.
  • Set and monitor KPIs for BDRs focused on consultations booked and held, using activity metrics to reach these goals.
  • Act as a strong motivator and developer of talent, leveraging gamification to enhance team performance and engagement.
  • Implement and manage compensation plans to align with business objectives and drive performance.
  • Work in a hybrid (3 days a week) environment

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven record of sales growth.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and managing a sales team.
  • Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field.
  • Familiarity with B2C customer base and longer sales cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing sales teams.
  • Experience in implementing and iterating on sales onboarding and training programs.
  • Sharp negotiation and networking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Educational background in business or real estate.
  • Needs to be within commuting distance of Cincinnati, Ohio
