Join our team as a Senior National Account Manager - Target! In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales and managing key customer relationships for Pacific Cycle (notably Schwinn & Mongoose). Your primary focus will be selling to, overseeing and expanding the partnership with Target, while identifying new business opportunities to meet or exceed budgeted revenue targets

This role is eligible to work from our Madison, WI office or remotely from home in Wisconsin or Minnesota. 

How You'll Contribute:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive account strategy and sales action plan to drive long-term profitable growth across the Walmart account. 
  • Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with key contacts, including buyers, replenishment teams and other key contacts.
  • Understand each customer's strategic priorities and challenges, ensuring alignment between their objectives and company goals. 
  • Manage rep groups to achieve sales goals and to identify new and incremental opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with the Demand Planning Team to ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. 
  • Partner with the Product Teams to lead the annual line review process, offering insights and recommendations on pricing, specifications, and platforms. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team to implement strategies and tactics that assist customers in effectively and creatively winning with consumers.
  • Acquire an in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape and partner with the Product teams to develop and manager product lines to realize opportunities. 
  • Develop new customer business plans and specific recommendations at a category level.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. 
  • Bachelor’s degree is required, Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in account management, corporate sales, or other related sales experience. 
  • Prior B2B corporate sales and account management experience is required. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing and implementing account plans and sales strategies. 
  • Excellent facilitator with strong presentation and Microsoft proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, time management and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to build customer focused relationships.
