Marketing Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies that support business objectives, generate high-quality leads, and enhance customer engagement. This role will work closely with internal teams, agency partners, and dealership managers to drive multichannel campaigns and optimize marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute marketing programs with agency partners and dealership managers
- Develop and manage multichannel campaigns to attract and retain customers
- Optimize content across customer touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to enhance outreach strategies
- Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders on promotions, branding, and advertising initiatives
- Oversee website conversion rates and promotional effectiveness
- Partner with media organizations and advertising agencies to amplify brand awareness
Qualifications
- Experience: Five years of professional consumer marketing experience, including a proven track record in campaign execution and brand management
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, project management expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Salesforce and Marketing Cloud knowledge preferred
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

Pay Range
$75,000 - $85,000 USD
