Human Resources Business Partner
Culligan Water is seeking a highly skilled and relationship-oriented HR Business Partner to support our growing team across multiple locations. This role plays a critical part in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic HR initiatives that align with our core values: Accountability, Open-mindedness, and Caring about Relationships.
About the Role
As a trusted HR partner, you’ll work closely with the Director of HR to lead key functions including employee relations, performance management, compensation administration, policy development, and employment law compliance. You’ll collaborate with leaders across our Culligan network to support a consistent and people-first approach to HR.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with managers and employees
- Provide coaching and guidance on performance, goal setting, and development
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes with professionalism and care
- Promote a culture of open communication and continuous feedback
Compensation & Job Structure
- Develop and implement salary structure and administrative guidelines in accordance with compensation philosophy.
- Conduct market analyses to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices
- Advise leadership on compensation decisions and wage forecasting
Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws
- Manage Affirmative Action Plans, EEO reporting, and I-9 documentation
- Lead internal audits and deliver compliance-related training
- Support HR integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a multi-site environment
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Pay Range
$70,000 - $95,000 USD
