Packard Culligan, a leader in residential and commercial water solutions, is seeking a Bottled Water Production Technician to join our team in Brooklyn Park, MN. What You'll Do

As a Bottled Water Production Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our production facility operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Operate and monitor bottled water production equipment
  • Inspect bottles and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Troubleshoot production line issues, clear jams, and reset equipment as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production and warehouse environment
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety procedures, and quality control standards
  • Assist with plant housekeeping and facility cleanliness to support food-grade production requirements
  • Receive, organize, and track production materials and warehouse inventory
  • Assist with ordering production supplies and maintaining adequate stock levels
  • Coordinate and schedule incoming deliveries and production materials as needed
  • Prepare and stage products for customer deliveries and route loading
  • Learn and assist with basic water treatment and water chemistry processes
  • Operate a forklift safely (training and certification provided)
  • Communicate production concerns, inventory needs, and equipment issues to the Production Lead
  • Lift and move products up to 43 lbs. on a repetitive basis
  • Support team operations and perform other duties as assigned

  • Warehouse, manufacturing, production, inventory, or forklift experience is a plus
  • Willingness to learn new skills and obtain industry certifications

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • Early morning shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
  • Occasional overtime as needed
