About the role:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive VP, Sales – Global HoldCos to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and nurturing Global HoldCo relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving HoldCo growth globally across multiple retail media platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of the retail media landscape. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a global account management strategy focused on growing and nurturing relationships with global HoldCos in the retail media space. Align the strategy with Pacvue’s business objectives and growth targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Leverage your extensive network and deep industry knowledge to establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within global HoldCos. Serve as the primary point of contact for these accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of account managers across multiple regions. Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, encouraging professional growth and development within the team.
  • Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and work with clients to implement solutions that drive value. Help position clients for outsized growth and innovative solutions that drive their business forward.  
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.  
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and provide clients with regular reports and insights. Track client metrics and success internally, and report to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless client experience and to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Client Feedback: Gather and communicate client feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement in our products and services
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the retail media space. Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to both internal teams and clients, positioning Pacvue as a trusted partner.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales within the Retail Media industry.  Significant experience working with global holdcos is essential.
  • Network: A well-established network of senior-level contacts within global HoldCos and a proven track record of successfully managing and growing these relationships.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions that drive client success and business growth.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in using data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize account performance.
  • Global Perspective: Experience working in a global environment, with an understanding of the cultural nuances and business practices across different regions.
