About the role: 

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our Affiliate Marketing team. This is a sales-focused, hybrid role based near Irvine, CA, requiring 2-3 in-office days per week. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of affiliate partners, generating revenue, and expanding our network through strategic outreach. This role is perfect for someone eager to hit goals, build relationships, and take ownership of their book of business. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Prospect, onboard, and manage affiliate partners to drive revenue and program growth through hosting zoom meetings, sending out personalized emails, and calling prospective affiliates.
  • Be comfortable making outbound and inbound calls daily, holding Zoom meetings, and engaging in strategic conversations with affiliates.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize affiliate performance and conversions.
  • Provide affiliates with ongoing support, insights, and creative promotional ideas in order to increase new subscriptions.
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize conversion strategies.
  • Regularly report on affiliate success and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.  
  • Represent Helium 10 at affiliate events, conferences, and networking meetups (including monthly lunch meetings with partners).
  • Comfortable with creating a dedicated Helium 10 social channel or leveraging your existing platform to connect with and engage prospective influencers.  
  • Knowledge of e-commerce or social media growth is a plus.

  • The projected annual salary range for this position is USD $105-115k. The actual salary will be determined based applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. This position is also eligible for an additional variable compensation through one of Pacvue’s highly attractive incentive plans, full details of which will be provided during the recruitment process.
