About the role:
As a Compensation Associate Manager, you will play a critical role in providing global consultation and support across a wide range of Total Rewards and Compensation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with the Director of Total Rewards to design, implement, and maintain a global job architecture and pay philosophy.
- Advising HR Business Partners and managers on compensation-related matters including salary structure development, job evaluations, and competitive pay recommendations.
- Supporting the execution of annual compensation processes, including merit increases, bonus programs, and other cyclical pay initiatives.
- Ensuring adherence to wage and hour regulations, pay transparency requirements, and internal equity standards.
- Administering and updating the company’s equity compensation plans in a timely and accurate manner.
- Analyze compensation and related employee data that provide actionable insights for HR and business leadership. Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that showcases the information, trends and insights
- Managing compensation data within HR systems and partnering with HRIS teams to ensure data integrity and system optimization.
- Assisting with audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting related to compensation.
- Participating in compensation and Total Rewards benchmarking surveys to inform and enhance Pacvue’s compensation strategy and practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ Years related compensation experience including Sales Compensation; experience in payroll administration a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, advanced formulas).
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP WorkforceNow, BambooHR, Culture Amp, Lattice) and compensation management tools.
- Familiarity with equity plan administration
- Experience with advising and supporting key stakeholders, providing them with data, data insights, and philosophy that align to internal comp practices and are relevant to the business

The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000-$115,000. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. This position is also eligible for an additional annual bonus compensation through one of Pacvue’s highly attractive incentive plans, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
