About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Product Ops Manager who will drive release management and launch readiness of Pacvue’s products and platforms. You will manage cross-functional release cycles, ensure alignment across teams, and help establish consistent processes that lead to successful product launches. The ideal candidate combines strong program management skills with the ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer-facing teams to ensure smooth and timely market entry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end launch readiness process for new product releases and initiatives.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics, ensuring deliverables are met.
- Facilitate regular readiness reviews, escalate risks, and track resolution of blockers.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports to keep stakeholders aligned.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Legal to drive alignment on launch activities.
- Ensure all GTM teams are prepared ahead of launch with clear communications, training, collateral, and messaging.
- Serve as a central point of coordination for readiness deliverables.
Risk & Issue Management
- Proactively identify risks to timelines or quality and support teams in mitigating issues.
- Coordinate escalation paths and ensure blockers are addressed quickly.
Process & Operational Excellence
- Support the development and refinement of launch playbooks, checklists, and SOPs for structured, repeatable release processes.
- Track KPIs and contribute to post-launch retrospectives to continuously improve execution.

The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $140,000. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and market data for their location. This position is also eligible for an additional annual bonus compensation through one of Pacvue’s highly attractive incentive plans, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
