About the role: 

The Partnerships Team leads Pacvue’s global partnership portfolio, driving strategy, execution, and relationship management across the commerce and ad tech ecosystem. As a Senior Manager, Partnerships, you will manage several of Pacvue’s most strategic partners while identifying and developing new opportunities that fuel growth, innovation, and global expansion. 

You’ll act as a key external face of Pacvue within the retail media and commerce innovation space, influencing the company’s strategic direction through partnership insights and market opportunities. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to operationalize partnerships, ensure alignment with company objectives, and deliver joint solutions that drive measurable business impact. 

This is a highly visible, strategic role with both external relationship leadership and internal influence — ideal for a relationship-driven strategist who thrives at the intersection of partnerships, innovation, and business growth. 

Within the first 6–12 months, you will establish trusted executive-level relationships with Pacvue’s top strategic partners, launch new co-built or co-marketed initiatives that deliver measurable client adoption or revenue impact, and create and operationalize a scalable partnership framework that supports Pacvue’s global growth and product roadmap. 

 

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership 

  • Manage a portfolio of high potential partners and support top-tier relationships; identify new partnerships that drive growth 
  • Contribute to partnership strategy and own OKRs for your portfolio;, including co-built and co-marketed solutions (build/buy/ally), business cases, and go-to-market plans for new initiatives. 
  • Prepare and run Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with measurable targets for revenue growth, product adoption, and geographic or category expansion. 

Cross-Functional Execution 

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize and integrate strategic partner capabilities. 
  • Partner with Marketing to develop joint value propositions, co-marketing campaigns, and partner enablement materials. 
  • Support Sales and Customer Success teams with partner-driven solutions that enhance client outcomes. 
  • Establish partnership KPIs, performance dashboards, and a consistent reporting cadence. 

Relationship Management 

  • Act as day-to-day contact; build multi-level relationships and support executive meetings. 
  • Lead renewals and standard agreements; support complex/multi-year deals alongside leadership and Legal/Finance 
  • Represent Pacvue at industry events, partner summits, and thought leadership engagements. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 7–10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances within ad tech, eCommerce, or SaaS. 
  • Proven success in building and managing technology or platform partnerships. 
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Analytical mindset with experience managing partner performance metrics and revenue contribution. 
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders internally and externally. 
  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders; comfortable presenting to VP+. 
  • Comfortable navigating complex, fast-paced, and high-growth SaaS environments. 
  • Known for executive gravitas, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence across technical, marketing, and product teams. 
  • Passionate about the evolving commerce and retail media ecosystem. 
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% as required. 

Preferred Experience 

  • Experience working with major retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart Connect, Instacart, etc.). 
  • Strong understanding of retail media, digital advertising, and commerce ecosystems. 
  • Experience negotiating and delivering multimillion-dollar partnership agreements. 
  • Prior experience at a high-growth SaaS company.
