Retail Media Account Senior Manager and Mexico Site Lead
Pacvue establishing a local presence in LATAM, building out a new hub in Mexico City, where we plan to open an office soon. Roles will begin fully remote and transition to a hybrid schedule of three days per week in-office once the space is established. We’re seeking Mexico City–based candidates who are excited to help launch and scale this new location.

About the role:
Pacvue is expanding its Growth & Experience organization into Mexico City, and we are seeking a self-starter with strong leadership capabilities, market expertise, and a proven ability to build customer relationships, dive deep into data, and execute at both strategic and tactical levels. This role is critical in launching and scaling the Growth & Experience team in Mexico, including shaping the culture, establishing operational processes, and guiding the early development of a high-performing local presence. Over time, this position will also support the stand-up and oversight of a physical office as the team grows.
The ideal candidate combines exceptional analytical skills with creative problem-solving, excellent English communication skills, and deep experience operating in the Mexican market. They bring a track record of building and mentoring teams, establishing new workflows, and driving strong outcomes in fast-paced environments. A passion for retail media, innovation, and a “learn and be curious” mindset is essential.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution—particularly during the early stages of establishing the Mexico-based Growth & Experience team. You will develop growth strategies, deliver actionable insights, coach a small team, and achieve measurable results for enterprise brands and agencies across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Instacart, ensuring the Mexico team becomes a high-impact extension of Pacvue’s global organization.
Responsibilities:
Retail Media Account Senior Manager:
- Fully own client relationships by providing best in class account management, building solid rapport, demonstrating transparency, and delivering results against joint business objectives
- Manage a small team of Sr. Account Managers and Account Managers to deliver to clients’ business objectives
- Drive client test & learn calendar and ensure you are always bringing new ideas to the client
- Contribute to the Pacvue product by providing input and recommendations on new features and functionality
- Showcase the power of Pacvue’s technology by delivering on client objectives and contributing to industry training & education programs
- Act as a leader on the Pacvue Growth & Experience team through knowledge sharing with the broader Pacvue team
- Develop strategic growth plans, gain client alignment, and fully execute against the aligned upon approach
- Measure efficacy of the strategy through regular reporting against core marketing KPIs and ad-hoc audits to identify areas for refinement
- Leverage retail media activities and other retail readiness recommendations to drive increased traffic and conversion and organic search ranking improvement
- Highlight incremental sales opportunities to clients through participation in Retailer programs, additional promotional opportunities, and recommendations to improve operational KPIs
- Develop annual budget recommendations and properly allocate across campaigns to align with high level business objectives
- Develop an annual marketing calendar incorporating key drive periods including relevant macro and micro seasons, new product launches, and client media calendars
- Leverage Pacvue technology to manage budget pacing, communicate with client on trends and pacing, and deliver results within client budget thresholds
- Prepare weekly and monthly advertising reports, analyze category trends, measure advertising and total sales, identify account trends, and perform competitive benchmarking across the client’s product portfolio
- Responsible for reporting, analysis and communication with Pacvue management teams
- Maximize share, revenue, and profitability for clients while integrating client’s internal objectives such as driving innovation or key items or product lines
- Create strategic retail media plans for new product launches, including recommendations for retail readiness across core KPIs
Additional responsibilities as Site Lead for the Mexico GX Team
- Lead the launch and operational setup of Pacvue’s new Growth & Experience presence in Mexico, including establishing foundational workflows and supporting future operations for the Growth & Experience team in Mexico City.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor local GX team members, building a high-performing group aligned with Pacvue’s global standards.
- Serve as the senior point of leadership for the Growth & Experience team in Mexico, ensuring strong communication and alignment with global GX stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Mexico GX team.
- Ensure smooth integration of Mexico-based workstreams into Pacvue’s global Growth & Experience processes and operating models.
- Provide ongoing insight into the Mexican market, talent dynamics, and operational considerations to guide team and organizational decision-making.
- Establish site-level processes that enable speed, quality, consistency, and scalability as the GX team expands.
- Represent Pacvue locally with professionalism and cultural fluency, serving as an ambassador for the Growth & Experience organization
- Drive Pacvue’s expansion efforts across the broader LATAM retail media ecosystem, including strategy and activation for platforms such as Mercado Libre.
- Build and deliver strategic pitches to global clients seeking to expand into LATAM markets or activate on platforms such as Mercado Libre, providing regional insights and go-to-market recommendations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Client Leadership & Relationship Management

- Manage, mentor, and develop a small team of Sr. Account Managers and Account Managers.
- Provide coaching, performance guidance, workflow alignment, and strategic oversight to ensure team members deliver on client objectives.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture rooted in knowledge sharing, curiosity, and results-oriented thinking.
- Act as a leader within the Growth & Experience organization by sharing best practices and supporting team education initiatives.
Strategy Development & Execution
- Create and execute paid search and display strategies across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart, and other retail media platforms.
- Develop comprehensive growth plans, guide clients to alignment, and fully execute against the agreed-upon approach.
- Leverage retail readiness recommendations—including operational improvements—to maximize sales opportunities and elevate KPI performance.
Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting
- Develop annual budget recommendations; allocate resources across campaigns to support business objectives.
- Build annual marketing calendars incorporating macro/micro seasonal trends, new product launches, retailer media calendars, and promotional programs.
- Manage budget pacing using Pacvue technology, communicating trends, forecasts, and pacing updates to clients.
- Performance Analysis & Insights
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports, analyzing category trends, marketing KPIs, total sales performance, and competitive benchmarks.
- Utilize advanced tools such as Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and third-party measurement platforms to evaluate performance and generate deeper insights.
- Conduct strategic audits to identify opportunities for refinement, optimization, and growth.
- Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations that align with broader client and business goals.
Thought Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Provide input into Pacvue’s product roadmap, contributing insights on platform enhancements and new features.
- Support industry training and education programs by showcasing Pacvue’s technology and sharing best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure process alignment and world-class execution.
- Proven experience leading operations or teams within the Mexican market
- Ability to build and scale new functions, including establishing processes and supporting office setup
- Strong English fluency to coordinate effectively with Pacvue’s global leadership and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing talent
- Ability to create a strong team culture rooted in accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Experience navigating cultural, regulatory, and operational nuances specific to Mexico
- Strong organizational and operational excellence mindset, with a focus on scalable workflows
