Retail Media Display Account Executive
Pacvue is establishing a local presence in Mexico, building out a new hub in Mexico City, where we plan to open an office soon. Roles will begin fully remote and transition to a hybrid schedule of three days per week in-office once the space is established. About the role:
We are seeking a Retail Media Display Associate to support the execution of Amazon DSP campaigns on behalf of clients. In this role, you will assist with campaign setup, trafficking, performance monitoring, and reporting while building foundational knowledge of DSP and retail media.
This role will focus on Amazon DSP, with opportunities to learn audience creation, line item setup, pacing, and basic optimization techniques across full-funnel campaigns. You will work closely with senior team members to complete assigned tasks, contribute to team deliverables, and support client needs.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual with a strong interest in digital marketing and eCommerce. The ideal candidate will contribute to DSP campaign execution, assist with reporting, and help maintain accurate and organized workflows.
Responsibilities:
DSP Campaign Execution & Support
- Assist in the setup and trafficking of Amazon DSP campaigns, including line items, creatives, and basic audience configurations
- Execute assigned DSP tasks such as tagging support, budget pacing updates, and basic optimizations under guidance
- Support internal team members in managing client accounts and preparing materials for client interactions
- Maintain accurate records of campaign structures, changes, and updates
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track campaign performance against defined KPIs and maintain regular reporting dashboards
- Compile performance data and assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Monitor pacing and flag potential performance issues or discrepancies to senior team members
- Assist in identifying basic trends in campaign and category performance
DSP Expertise Development
- Build foundational knowledge of Amazon DSP, including audiences, creatives, and pacing strategies, and share learnings with the team
Onboarding & Operational Support
- Assist with onboarding activities, including campaign setup, data entry, and documentation, under close guidance
- Support the preparation of materials for client training sessions and onboarding deliverables
- Learn and apply campaign management fundamentals across retail media platforms
Process & Team Support
- Follow established workflows and processes to ensure consistent execution
- Support campaign QA processes to ensure accurate setup and launch readiness
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support updates to internal documentation and templates
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to support campaign delivery
Client & Team Support
- Support client deliverables by preparing materials and updates for review
- Participate in client meetings to take notes and track action items
- Assist with client communications as directed by senior team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned work
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, advertising, or a related field
- Basic understanding of digital media or willingness to learn retail media platforms (Amazon DSP preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow direction and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic analytical skills with the ability to work with data and reports
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to completing assigned tasks
