Retail Media Search Account Executive
Pacvue is establishing a local presence in Mexico, building out a new hub in Mexico City, where we plan to open an office soon. Roles will begin fully remote and transition to a hybrid schedule of three days per week in-office once the space is established. About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support the execution of retail media and paid search campaigns across various platforms. In this role, you will work closely with senior team members to execute established strategies, maintain campaign performance, and assist in delivering a positive client experience.
This position focuses on hands-on execution, reporting, and learning core retail media and paid search fundamentals. You will assist with campaign setup, performance tracking, and data analysis while developing your skills in digital advertising and eCommerce.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Account Support
- Execute paid search and retail media campaigns based on established strategies and guidance from senior team members
- Assist with campaign setup, including organization, keyword structure, tagging, budget pacing, and reporting configuration
- Support internal team members in managing client accounts and preparing materials for client interactions
- Maintain accurate records of campaign structures, changes, and updates
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track campaign performance against defined KPIs and maintain regular reporting dashboards
- Compile performance data and assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Monitor pacing and flag potential performance issues or discrepancies to senior team members
- Assist in identifying basic trends in campaign and category performance
Search Expertise Development
- Develop expertise in paid search and retail media best practices, share insights and learnings with team members as experience grows
Onboarding & Operational Support
- Assist with onboarding activities, including campaign setup, data entry, and documentation, under close guidance
- Support the preparation of materials for client training sessions and onboarding deliverables
- Learn and apply campaign management fundamentals across retail media platforms
Process & Team Support
- Follow established workflows and processes to ensure consistent execution
- Support campaign QA processes to ensure accurate setup and launch readiness
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support updates to internal documentation and templates
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to support campaign delivery
Client & Team Support
- Support client deliverables by preparing materials and updates for review
- Participate in client meetings to take notes and track action items
- Assist with client communications as directed by senior team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned work
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, advertising, or a related field (internship experience considered)
- Foundational understanding of paid search and digital marketing concepts
- Basic analytical skills with the ability to work with structured datasets and learn data analysis techniques
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data tracking and reporting
- Ability to follow direction, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the retail media and digital advertising space
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
