About the role:

This role is a blend of strategic architect an The Senior Director of Product Growth is responsible for shaping new product planning, owning monetization, and directing go-to-market execution across key growth products. This role includes accelerating existing products by identifying new avenues for revenue expansion, as well as leading voice-of-customer activities. The role leads key launches to bring new products to market, prioritizing emerging innovations in areas such as social and TikTok technologies. This is a global role reporting to our CPO.  

This role is a blend of strategic architect and business leader, partnering across Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Finance to ensure every product is positioned to deliver measurable value—to customers, partners, and the business. 

The role operates at the enterprise level and combines product innovation with financial acumen and market execution—ideal for a product leader who thinks like a General Manager and thrives at the intersection of strategy, growth, and operational excellence. 

Responsibilities:

Customer & Partner Champion 

  • Stay ahead of market dynamics and competitive trends. 
  • Ensure customer insights, partner inputs (retailer priorities, data partners, etc.), and market data directly inform roadmap and go-to-market priorities. 
  • Champion the voice of the customer across Product and GTM functions. 
  • Lead industry thought leadership through case studies, industry events, and customer meetings; engage in public, industry-related speaking engagements. 

 Strategic Leadership 

  • Shape and own the commercialization strategy for key expansions, new product launches, and new category creation—from prototype through market success. 
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate strategy into scalable, profitable offerings. 
  • Establish clear frameworks for product-market fit, pricing, packaging, lifecycle management, and execution. 
  • Leverage deep product expertise to lead product strategy for growth, monetization, and portfolio expansion opportunities. 
  • Partner with Finance to model business cases, profitability, billing alignment, and ROI across product lines. 

Go-to-Market Execution 

  • Oversee new product introductions, ensuring alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success. 
  • Build and standardize a product commercialization playbook to ensure consistent, high-impact launches. 
  • Drive alignment between Product Management, Product Marketing, and GTM teams to optimize adoption, retention, and cross-sell opportunities. 
  • Lead revenue-focused product initiatives, including pricing experiments and usage-based monetization. 

Leadership & Team Development 

  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of commercial- and growth-focused product leaders. 
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Establish and track key success metrics related to product performance, including product adoption, ARR contribution, gross margin, and customer satisfaction. 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Product Commercialization within a technology organization; AdTech and/or e-commerce experience strongly preferred, ideally with a specialization in Social. 
  • Experience across the full-funnel media and e-commerce ecosystem, with knowledge of key retailers such as Amazon and Walmart. 
  • Proven success leading commercialization, pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy for software or platform products. 
  • Strong understanding of business models, P&L management, and revenue growth levers (adoption, expansion, retention). 
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Finance leaders to drive business outcomes. 
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling cross-functional product teams that balance strategic insight with operational discipline. 
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around strategic goals. 
  • Strong analytical background; experience using data to make portfolio-level product and pricing decisions. 
  • Exceptional ability to connect with customers and present at industry events and meetings. 
  • Exposure to international markets and global product expansion. 
  • Ability to leverage analytics and business metrics to track product success and identify opportunities to drive further adoption.

The annual base salary range for this position is $200,000-$240,000. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and market data for their location. This position is also eligible for an additional annual bonus compensation through one of Pacvue’s highly attractive incentive plans, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
