About the role: 

Pacvue is seeking an innovative leader for our SVP of Product, Media to lead our rapidly evolving full-funnel media product strategy across Retail Media and our DSP product portfolio. 

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this leader will oversee our core global product team, and will own the AI-first product strategy, roadmap, customer engagement, and business impact of Pacvue’s media products across sponsored ads, retail media networks, DSP activation, offsite media, measurement, incrementality, and optimization. 

This is a highly visible, customer-facing and cross-functional role. The right leader will spend significant time with enterprise brands, agencies, and strategic partners, while working closely with internal Engineering, AI innovation, Product Growth, Product Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to translate market insight into next generation product capabilities and measurable adoption with a strong focus on product introduction and commercialization 

This leader will also lead our international product teams, creating clarity, alignment of priorities and rapid execution, while ensuring Pacvue’s media strategy scales globally and remains grounded in local customer and market needs. 

 Responsibilities: 

Lead Full-Funnel Media Strategy 

  • In collaboration with their team and leadership, own Pacvue’s AI product strategy across retail media, sponsored ads, DSP products, offsite media, and full-funnel commerce media activation. 
  • Define how Pacvue helps brands and agencies move from channel-by-channel execution to portfolio-level media decisioning across retailers, marketplaces, and media networks. 
  • Set a clear roadmap for the media portfolio, including how retail media and DSP capabilities connect to measurement, automation, AI, reporting, and broader platform workflows. 

Own Product Direction and Business Impact 

  • Lead product vision, prioritization, and execution for Pacvue’s Retail Media and new AI-first DSP product areas continuing our innovation-first mindset. 
  • Partner closely with Engineering, AI, Product Growth, Product Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships to deliver commercially relevant, scalable products. 
  • Drive product decisions across planning, activation, budget management, optimization, pacing, reporting, measurement, and cross-channel performance management. 
  • Tie product investment to measurable outcomes, including adoption, retention, revenue impact, customer satisfaction, workflow efficiency, and media performance. 

Partner Across AI and Product Growth 

  • With an AI-first mindset, work with AI teams to embed intelligent recommendations, workflow automation, decision support, and optimization into Pacvue’s media products. 
  • Partner with Product Growth to improve activation, adoption, usage depth, retention, packaging, and expansion motions across the media portfolio. 
  • Ensure new media capabilities are not only built, but adopted, understood, and connected to measurable customer value. 

Be the Voice of the Customer 

  • Serve as an executive product sponsor for strategic customers. 
  • Engage deeply with enterprise brands and agencies to understand their media investment priorities, workflow gaps, and measurement needs to create compelling and unique solutions that sets Pacuve apart from the competition. 
  • Translate customer feedback into roadmap priorities, product requirements, and strategic bets that grow our core business and sets the business up for future AI innovation.  
  • Build trust with customers through strong media expertise, product judgment, and a clear point of view on where commerce media is going. 

Lead International Product Teams 

  • Lead, coach, inspire and scale international product teams responsible for key areas of Pacvue’s media portfolio. 
  • Create clear ownership, strong execution rhythms, and consistent alignment across regions, time zones, and functions. 
  • Ensure global product strategy is informed by regional customer needs, market dynamics, and retailer ecosystem differences. 

Represent Pacvue Externally 

  • Act as a senior market-facing voice for Pacvue on retail media, commerce media, DSP activation, measurement, and AI-driven optimization. 
  • Support customer advisory boards, executive briefings, strategic partnerships, industry events, and thought leadership. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 15+ years of experience in product leadership, retail media, commerce media, ad tech, programmatic, or enterprise media platforms with direct/hands on experience leading AI innovation. 
  • Deep understanding of how brands and agencies plan, activate, measure, and optimize media investment. 
  • Experience with retail media networks, sponsored ads, DSPs, programmatic media, marketplace advertising, or full-funnel media activation. 
  • Strong customer-facing executive presence, with experience engaging senior brand, agency, or retailer stakeholders. 
  • Proven leader with experience leading distributed or international product teams, with the ability to create alignment and execute across time zones, cultures, markets, and functions. 
  • Commercial instincts and ability to support sales, renewals, expansions, and strategic customer growth. 
  • Experience partnering with AI, Data Science, Product Growth, and GTM teams to drive adoption, automation, optimization, and measurable customer outcomes. 
  • Ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Data Science on complex platform, automation, measurement, and optimization problems. 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn complex product and market topics into clear strategic narratives. 
  • Experience with platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Instacart Ads, Criteo, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, AMC, clean rooms, or similar commerce media ecosystems. 
  • Experience with incrementality, attribution, MMM, budget optimization, or closed-loop media optimization. 
  • Experience scaling a strategic product portfolio from early traction to enterprise adoption.

The annual base salary range for this position is $275,000-$350,000 USD. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and market data for their location. This position is also eligible for an additional annual bonus compensation through one of Pacvue’s highly attractive incentive plans, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
