Padilla’s Marketing and Growth team seeks a Content Marketing Specialist to help elevate the agency’s visibility, thought leadership and business growth through strategic storytelling and integrated content marketing. 

This role is responsible for developing and amplifying audience-centric content across earned, owned and shared channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic agency environment.  

The ideal candidate is a skilled writer, editor and content strategist who understands how to create compelling content that drives engagement, supports lead generation and contributes to business growth. Using performance insights, SEO best practices and audience engagement data, this Specialist will continuously refine and optimize content strategy and distribution. 

This position reports to the Director of Growth Marketing and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support executive visibility, social campaigns, digital performance and integrated marketing initiatives across the agency.  

This is an in-house role on the Marketing and Growth team, not client-facing. 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

Content Strategy + Development  

  • Develop, write and edit thought leadership content, including blogs, case studies, newsletters, award submissions and executive communications  
  • Collaborate with sector leads to leverage industry trends and identify timely content opportunities 
  • Support content strategies that improve SEO, GEO and AI-search discoverability  
  • Repurpose content across channels and formats to maximize reach and engagement  

Social + Digital Marketing  

  • Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube  
  • Deploy and optimize email marketing campaigns and newsletters 
  • Develop social copy, graphics and editorial calendars aligned with marketing priorities  
  • Support website content updates, optimization and CMS maintenance  
  • Execute and optimize paid social campaigns using analytics and platform best practices 
  • Monitor content and campaign performance metrics to inform strategy 

PR + Brand Visibility  

  • Support agency public relations and earned media initiatives  
  • Amplify agency news, research and thought leadership across channels  
  • Coordinate award submissions and speaking engagement materials 
  • Support integrated campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and share of voice 

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, communications or a related field 
  • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills  
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content optimization and digital content strategy  
  • Experience managing social media and email marketing campaigns  
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, CMS tools and Canva  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to performance metrics  
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and across teams  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing technology platforms  
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

$70,000 - $80,000 USD
