We are on a mission to maximize "Compute Per Megawatt" by bridging the gap between infrastructure constraints and the explosive demand for AI-driven compute.
Leveraging proprietary AI and machine learning, PADO provides the intelligent orchestration layer that optimizes power consumption, enhances site resiliency, and shifts data centers from static facilities to energy-aware assets. With the strategic backing of LG—a global leader in BESS storage, high-efficiency chillers, and liquid cooling—PADO provides an orchestration layer supported by LG’s world-class infrastructure expertise.
We are seeking a high-impact Marketing Director to join our foundational team and serve as the principal architect of our brand narrative and demand engine.
The Opportunity:
This is not a traditional marketing role. You will have the unique opportunity to define the marketing strategy for a category-defining company. We are looking for a hybrid leader who can oscillate between Product Marketing (working deeply with our technical teams to translate AI orchestration into value) and Revenue Marketing (building a world-class marketing tech stack to generate high-quality leads).
Key Areas of Focus:
- Define the Brand Strategy: You aren't just running a playbook; you are writing it. You will own the brand positioning, messaging architecture, and the overall marketing strategy for PADO across the data center and energy sectors.
- Technical Product Marketing: Collaborate directly with our engineering and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, high-authority content for C-suite and engineering stakeholders.
- Scalable Marketing Operations: Architect and manage our marketing technology stack. You will be responsible for driving qualified pipeline through multi-channel demand generation, technical webinars, and targeted account-based marketing.
- AI-Augmented Asset Design: Lead the charge in incorporating generative AI tools into our creative process, using AI to design technical diagrams, videos, and marketing collateral that matches the innovative nature of our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Positioning: Develop and maintain our unique value proposition in an evolving landscape of AI infrastructure, power constraints, and grid services.
- Content Leadership: Create high-authority whitepapers, blog posts, and webinars that position PADO as a thought leader.
- Sales Enablement: Empower our deal makers with the technical tools, presentations, and competitor analyses needed to close seven-figure infrastructure agreements.
- Campaign Execution: Design and execute integrated digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, Email) focused on hyperscalers, neocloud, enterprise and colocation providers.
- Online presence: Own and manage PADO’s online presence including website content updates, social media channels, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Marketing Operations: Own the data. Track, analyze, and report on marketing ROI, ensuring our tech stack is optimized for lead flow and attribution.
- Event Coordination: high-impact brand visibility and lead generation from industry events. Coordinate event presence, set-up booth space, onsite meetings and follow-up at major industry forums, partnering with LG Electronics as needed.
- Product Documentation: Own product positionings and support creation of external facing product specifications and product briefs.
- Proof Points: work with the product and delivery teams to document real product value from the field and find pathways to share with the industry.
Qualifications:
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with specific experience in the data center, energy, or critical infrastructure sectors.
- The "Dual Threat": Demonstrated success in both technical product marketing and high-velocity revenue/growth marketing.
- AI-Augmented Professionalism: You embrace the use of AI in your day-to-day. You proactively leverage AI tools to streamline your workflows, automate research, and enhance your creative output.
- Technical Literacy: You are comfortable discussing technical concepts with subject matter experts and distilling those concepts for a broader audience.
- Entrepreneurial Agility: You thrive in a high-growth startup environment where you are expected to build systems and strategies from scratch.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related technical field.
