About the Role

We are looking for an Investor Relations Operations Associate to join the Client Advisory department at Pagaya. As an IRM you will work closely with teams across the department, as well as with external parties (such as - banks, administrators, investors) to analyze and assist in maintaining and strong relations with our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support, and assist in all Back-Office operations.
  • Maintain accounts to reach business objectives, targets & goals.
  • Track sales opportunities, and sign investors on legal documents. 
  • Work closely with investors as well as wealth managers and banks. 
  • Work with Salesforce daily, implementing data to ensure accurate information and details are kept neat and updated.

Requirements

  • A seasoned investor relations manager with 2+ years experience working in Sales or Revenue operations in a B2B sales organization. 
  • Experience in working with Salesforce or with another CRM system, formula fields, workflows, custom views, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Must be organized and possess a high level of administrative ability to effectively manage a company’s database and documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good level of English in speaking, excellence in writing and reading.
  • Full control of Office with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Ability to withstand pressure.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance fields.
  • Experience in insurance companies/capital markets (investment houses, banks, wealth management offices, etc.
