Responsibilities
- Marketing & Partner Expertise- Be a marketing expert in the Personal Loan space with Pagaya’s partners.
- Marketing Strategy Development- Marketing efforts will span multiple channels. Work with stakeholders to determine best contact strategy.
- Campaign Delivery- Manage delivery of partner marketing campaigns, delivering KPIs including number of new accounts, issuance, revenue, profitability, and delivery of key strategic initiatives.
- Internal Stakeholder Management - Work across internal Pagaya stakeholder groups to convey campaign status, identify blockers, and ensure timely/successful delivery/issue resolution. Key internal partners: legal, operations, reporting, product, research).
- Project Management - Maintain a clear status of different campaigns by documenting initiatives and outcomes and ensuring visibility throughout the company.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency. Standardization is a key focus for scaling our business growth.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise level US companies, owning outbound relations - account management or customer success (preference to FinTech or AdTech experience and B2B integrations).
- English mother tongue level; Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
- Ability to understand workflow and explain it simply.
- Strong relationship-builder, initiator with an ability to prioritize the company’s objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree
Advantage
- Experience with marketing acquisition campaigns.
- Experience working with business development or sales teams.
- Excellent presentation, problem solving, and management skills
- Love for data-driven decision making – ability to monitor, A/B test and identify trends in data to generate action items and insights
