About the Role
As the AI Implementation Specialist you will be the primary technical executor of the organization’s AI transformation. This is a critical role within our AI Squad who map opportunities and execute end-to-end solutions that drive a measurable competitive advantage. You are the "hands-on" specialist responsible for the delivery, integration, and adoption of AI tools across all departments. You will work directly with various business units to diagnose their needs, build the necessary automations, and ensure that AI solutions are seamlessly integrated into their technical environments. This role requires a high degree of technical literacy regarding infrastructure and integrations, combined with a proven track record in large-scale system implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with all the departments to diagnose operational pain points, identify optimization opportunities and map them to AI-driven automations. Building an AI plan for each department according to its needs (required resources, schedules, etc).
- Own the technical rollout of AI tools, from initial configuration and API integrations to cluster management and full-scale production deployment.
- Architect and build complex automated workflows that bridge the gap between AI products and internal organizational systems, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Manage the technical environment requirements for AI tools, including the setup and maintenance of clusters and the coordination of the underlying system architecture.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for departments during the implementation phase, translating business requirements into precise technical configurations and workflows.
- Establish performance metrics for implemented tools, monitoring adoption and technical efficiency to ensure maximum organizational impact.
Requirements
- 3+ Years of proven experience specifically in the technical implementation, integration, and scaling of AI tools (LLM platforms, AI-driven automation, or advanced analytics tools) with customer-facing experience.
- 4+ Years of experience in Information Systems (IS) implementation/Technical Implementation roles within global, fast-paced SaaS environments.
- High technical literacy with a deep understanding of system integrations, API management, and infrastructure components (clusters, environment management, and data pipelines).
- Expertise in Automation Frameworks: A documented track record of building complex, high-volume automations and workflows using industry-standard integration tools.
- Experience working with workato, Cursor ,etc.
- Execution-Oriented Leader: A "Startup-mode" professional who thrives in high-stakes environments and takes full ownership of the rollout from concept to completion.
- Strong Analytical & Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to navigate complex technical architectures and resolve integration challenges autonomously.
