PagerDuty is seeking a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Applications (Finance) to join our team! As Sr. Manager, Enterprise Applications (Finance) you will be responsible for managing and supporting PagerDuty’s financial systems. You will manage and prioritize business requirements from various teams (Revenue, Accounting, FP&A, & Operations) and oversee the implementation of the technical system solutions. This is an exciting opportunity as this role is a critical cross-functional leadership position, enabling systems involved in financial projects and recommending improvements to drive PagerDuty’s business applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and IT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead an IT team to develop and implement financial system initiatives from inception to launch.
- Lead business, accounting, and workflow process improvements across various segments, including finance, accounting, revenue, operations, procurement, tax, audit, and security.
- Partner with business teams to build out requirements for new processes that incorporate IT security best practices.
- Provide requirements, documentation, implementation, user testing support, and change management.
- Define and document detailed functional requirements for workflow automations and integrations with key financial systems.
- Develop the strategy and roadmap for ERP, Billing, and Procurement systems, driving alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Perform regular system analysis to identify gaps and ensure proper access and financial accounting control.
- Perform integrity testing of system upgrades and development releases prior to migration to production.
- Stay up-to-date with NetSuite, Coupa, and Zuora functionality, as well as new technologies and coding standards.
- Identify and recommend key technologies to support and improve business processes across the finance and people organization.
- Document business objectives, use cases, business requirements, system specifications, workflows, and process documentation.
- Maintain documentation for integrations and other customizations.
- Ensure proper change management and compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Maintain systems controls aligning with SOX IT general controls.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of management experience
- 2+ years experience with Netsuite
- Experience at a SAAS or publicly traded company
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, and Coupa software
- Accounting and/or IT background, including knowledge of internal controls and their application within financial applications.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and oversee complex tasks while prioritizing multiple tasks based on strategic goals.
- Experience with relational databases, SQL, and ETL/integration tools.
- Skills in SQL, Python, Bash scripting, and familiarity with database concepts.
- Hands-on coding experience for projects as needed.
The base salary range for this position is 168,000 - 262,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
