About the Role

As a professional and key contributor within the Global Field Enablement team, the Enablement Program Manager – Delivery Focus independently leads the planning, execution, and optimization of high-impact enablement initiatives. This role requires a strong program delivery mindset, with full autonomy over the operational components of enablement—including delivery strategy, calendaring, stakeholder alignment, and measurement.

You will act as the primary delivery lead for enablement programs, ensuring learning experiences are flawlessly executed and aligned with strategic goals. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of learning delivery operations, exceptional program management skills, and the confidence to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Enablement Program Delivery – Ownership & Execution

  • Own end-to-end enablement delivery execution across global sales, customer success, and partner functions—serving as the go-to lead for all delivery aspects.

  • Plan and manage enablement calendars, session logistics, learner engagement, and trainer coordination with minimal oversight.

  • Design and execute delivery workflows that ensure timely, engaging, and consistent learning experiences.

  • Partner closely with stakeholders to localize and scale delivery approaches for regional and functional audiences.

  • Drive continuous improvements in delivery processes based on learner feedback, data insights, and evolving business needs.

✅ Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Collaborate with enablement program managers to align on delivery goals, success metrics, and field readiness needs.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to proactively resolve delivery challenges and ensure execution success across teams and regions.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on enablement delivery strategy and best practices.

✅ Logistics, Systems & Delivery Operations

  • Oversee all aspects of delivery logistics, including scheduling, roster management, learner communications, and LMS updates.

  • Maintain and continuously refine operational resources such as facilitator guides, program templates, and tracking tools.

  • Implement and iterate on scalable delivery models that support hybrid learning environments (virtual, in-person, asynchronous).

✅ Program Impact Measurement

  • Define and monitor delivery success metrics to assess program effectiveness and learner engagement.

  • Conduct post-session analysis to identify areas of improvement and recommend enhancements for future iterations.

  • Champion the use of enablement data to inform decisions and demonstrate delivery ROI.

Qualifications & Experience

🔹 5+ years of experience in enablement program delivery, training operations, or sales enablement in a B2B SaaS environment.
🔹 Proven track record of independently managing the delivery of high-impact learning programs across global audiences.
🔹 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
🔹 Highly organized and process-oriented, with strong judgment and attention to detail.
🔹 Comfortable operating autonomously in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
🔹 Experience with enablement platforms and LMS tools (e.g., Highspot, Gong, Docebo) preferred.

🔹 Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Command of the Message) is a plus.

🔹 Availability to work 4 day per month  into our Santiago office

🔹 Fluent English is required
