PagerDuty is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our talented, customer-focused team! As Technical Account Manager, you will partner closely with Customer Success Management and Professional Services teams to serve as the primary technical advisor to assigned enterprise customers for all Digital Operations initiatives, translating business goals into clearly defined technical implementation project plans. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a revenue-generating position where you'll apply in-depth knowledge of the PagerDuty platform to design workflows and integrations that optimize and modernize operations for enterprise companies undergoing digital transformation. The ideal candidate has extensive technical expertise with enterprise customer environments and a passion for strategic technical consulting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead discovery sessions with large enterprise customers to assess and analyze inefficiencies in existing tooling, processes, and operations within and outside of PagerDuty
    • Develop custom PagerDuty architectural and integration designs that support customers' business and technology initiatives while accounting for enterprise environment complexities
    • Translate architectural and integration designs into strategic implementation project plans and assist in execution of defined project plans
    • Serve as customers' primary technical point of contact to answer and triage technical questions while leading conversations to influence product adoption
    • Own and increase product adoption metrics across multiple enterprise customers while collaborating with Customer Success Managers on large-scale onboardings

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or technical account management role with enterprise customers
    • Deep understanding of Digital Operations platforms and how they fit within larger enterprise technology ecosystems
    • Proven ability to design custom integrations using APIs and technical best practices
    • Experience translating business requirements into technical implementation project plans

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with PagerDuty platform or similar Digital Operations tools
    • Strong automation skills for creating tools to accelerate repetitive tasks and customer implementations
    • Proven ability to collect and organize feature requests while balancing customer needs with product roadmap priorities
    • Experience working with large-scale enterprise onboardings and customer lifecycle initiatives
    • Technical expertise in enterprise tooling, processes, and operations optimization
  • Experience with automation; Rundeck a plus.
