ポジション概要

Merchant Supportは、Paidyの加盟店に対する技術的・業務的なサポート業務全般を統括・管理するポジションです。

本ポジションは、加盟店からの問い合わせ対応の品質向上、ナレッジの蓄積・活用、社内関連部署との連携強化などを通じて、加盟店満足度と業務効率の最大化を目指します。

また、オペレーションを安定的かつ高品質に保ちつつ、業務プロセスやツールの継続的な改善を推進します。

役割と責任範囲
  • 問い合わせ対応におけるエスカレーション対応および難易度の高い案件の対応
  • Technical Account Management（TAM）チーム、エンジニアリング、Customer Supportなど社内関係部署との連携
  • ナレッジの標準化・蓄積・活用促進（FAQ整備・マニュアル作成等）
  • 加盟店ニーズの集約と社内へのフィードバック
  • ツール（Zendesk等）の運用管理、モニタリング、改善提案
  • 問い合わせ件数やSLAなどのKPI管理とレポーティング
  • 業務プロセスの改善提案と実行

求められるスキルと要件

必須スキル・経験

  • 顧客と直接向き合い課題を解決した経験（カスタマーサポート、営業、導入支援、システム開発など）
  • 小規模チーム（1名以上）のリーダーシップまたはマネジメント経験
  • システム開発またはシステム関連業務に携わった経験（開発、設計、要件定義、PM等のいずれか）
  • カスタマーサポートや営業支援ツール（Zendesk、CRM等）の利用・運用経験
  • 日本語：ネイティブレベル
  • 英語：翻訳ツールを用いて簡単な意思疎通が可能なレベル（読み書き中心）

歓迎スキル・経験：

  • APIやSaaSツールに関する基本的な理解
  • ベンチャー企業や成長期の組織での就業経験
  • 問い合わせデータの分析、改善提案を行った経験

Paidy Inc.
