Product Trainer - 50% Travel (Remote)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an Product Trainer with 1-5 years of experience to join our dynamic travel team. In this role, you will solo travel extensively to customer locations (warehouses) to provide training and support, ensuring a smooth transition to Pallet's systems. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and sales teams, with ample opportunities for career growth as the company scales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work one-on-one with customers to seamlessly onboard them to Pallet.

Lead remote and onsite group training sessions to help customers realize the full value of Pallet.

Design and produce engaging materials like videos, self-paced courses, and PDF documents.

Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to improve and troubleshoot customer issues.

This role requires 50% travel by plane.
WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE

2+ years experience as an Product Trainer, Onboarding Specialist, Customer Education Specialist, Customer Enablement or Solutions Consultant at a rapidly growing SaaS company.

Experience building and performing live training sessions both virtually and in person.

Experience producing videos, writing clear documentation, and designing engaging self-paced content.

Move quickly to adapt to cutting-edge technology.

Excited to travel ~50% annually by plane.

POSITION'S COMPENSATION
70,000-80,000 plus equity
