ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Field Marketing Associate at Pallet, you’ll play a key role in driving our presence at industry events and conferences. You’ll independently manage the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of field marketing events to generate leads, build brand awareness, and contribute to pipeline growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing multiple stakeholders, and can turn strategic goals into flawlessly executed events.

SOME THINGS YOU MAY BE WORKING ON

  • Independently manage and execute up to one event per month, overseeing all phases from planning to post-event analysis, including contracts, venue logistics, and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee and optimize event budgets, covering booth selection, sponsorships, swag, travel, and extracurricular activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to set clear event objectives, align goals, and ensure seamless coordination with sales and marketing stakeholders.
  • Identify high-impact conferences and events aligned with Pallet's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to maximize ROI and pipeline contributions.
  • Analyze event performance data to uncover insights, measure success, and recommend improvements for future events.
  • Build scalable event playbooks and templates to standardize workflows, ensuring repeatable and efficient processes.
  • Share key learnings and performance metrics post-event to drive transparency, alignment, and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Remain calm under pressure and proactively solve problems during live events to ensure a seamless attendee experience.

YOU HAVE

  • 1-3 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end events within a 20-30 day turnaround, ideally having managed 12+ events per year.
  • Willingness to travel to events monthly ~ 25% travel per year 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Experience managing event budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to analyze event performance data and communicate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and troubleshoot issues in real time.

POSITION'S COMPENSATION RANGE

  • $67,000-$80,000 

The final salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, qualifications, location, and market conditions. We are committed to ensuring fair and equitable compensation practices.
